Only a limited amount of handicapped parking is available at Dog Island park.The Home Depot is offer- ing free parking for the public in the South- west corner of the lot at 2650 N. Main St. Free shuttle is provided by Paratransit Ser- vices and the Civil War Days organizing committee and will run about every 15-20 minutes. Hart Construction Co. Awarded Contract For Paving In Red Bluff The city trustees last night awarded the con- tract for paving in Red Bluff to the Hart Con- struction Company of Gerber, which submitted the lowest tender in competition with five other bidders. The company's tender was for $49,640 for all the material to be furnished and work to be done, including the building of a bridge over Brickyard creek on Walnut street. French bread baguette, cut into 36 thin slices 1 cup fresh arugula Place yogurt in strainer. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Transfer yogurt from strainer to another bowl (discard liquid). Add cucumber, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. In a small bowl, whisk the vinegar and oil; stir into yogurt mix- ture.
