Multicultural Events H 291 members participated in 30 events Our members also participate in many other campus activities: H Dad's Day H University Sing (Tri Delta won U Sing in fall 2014) H Homecoming H Mom's Day H Sooner Scandals (Tri Delta won Scandals in spring 2014) H CAC Soonerthon (Dance Marathon where Tri Delta raised more than $8,000 of the $318,711 raised) H Camp Crimson Orientation counselors H High School Leadership Conference H Student Government H OU Big Event H OU Adopt-an-Area Program H Relay for Life C ongratulations! The President's Trophy was presented to Tri Delta on April 16. This is the fifth time that our chapter has won this prestigious award, making Tri Delta the only sorority to receive it five times. To win the award, the chapter submits a book with a list of their activities for the year. This award was for spring and fall of 2014. Delaney Nash '11 and Christa Cherian '13, with Emily DeSantis '12 as the graphic designer, and a committee of 14 other actives gathered and compiled information in the four required categories: academics, campus activities, campus service and volunteerism, and multi- cultural interaction and diversity. The number and quality of our collegians' activities is almost unbelievable. Here are some fun facts from 2014! Tri Delta Wins Fifth President's Trophy OU President David L. Boren presents the President's Trophy to Chapter President Darci Lambeth '12, former Chapter President Heather Lawler '11, Tri Delta President's Trophy Chairman Delaney Nash '11, Tri Delta President's Trophy Assistant Chairman Christa Cherin '13, and House Director Elaine Yarbrough. Tri Delta Celebrates Scandals Success T he women of Tri Delta and the men of Delta Upsilon presented "Red" in Sooner Scandals this year, which was based on The Wizard of Oz, Beauty and the Beast, and Snow White. The performance followed an evil prince who switched Dorothy's ruby slippers, Belle's rose, and Snow White's apple in each story to try and ruin them. This year's theme was "What if?" Congratulations to Tri Delta and Delta Upsilon for winning: • Best female lead • Best adaptation of the theme • Best choreography • Best song
