At the Division III Championship in Blairsden at Plumas Pines, Rodriguez got off to a shaky start when he shot a 44 on the Front 9. But with three birdies on the Back 9, Rodriguez rebounded to finish with an 82 to move on to next week’s Masters Final at Whitehawk Ranch Golf Club. The junior has never missed a Masters. Rodriguez will join Red Bluff’s Daniel Frantz and Peter Mitzel. Los Molinos also qualified for the Mas- ters as a team on the basis of winning their league.
