The event, which will include an open house of available downtown properties, will be held on Wednesday, April 13 at the Arts Council, 301 Hay St., Fayetteville, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Immediately following the Small Business Expo from 9 to 11 a.m., participants will be invited to view a select number of available properties from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on a self-guided walking tour. Maps to showcased available properties will be given out at the Small Business Expo to participants.
