Civilian aide to the Secretary of the Army, Tom- my Bolton, (left), presented General James D. Thurman, Commanding General US Army Forces Command, with the Military Affairs Council’s 50th Anniversary coin at the Chamber’s 6th Annual Military Leadership Business Luncheon.
General Thurman spoke to a crowd of over 200 on November 9, about the effect of BRAC on the Fay- etteville-Cumberland County region and FORSCOM operations.
