BBQ Ribs 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM Ribs’ the title word in the Ribs, Rods and Rides Festival name refers to the tastiest component of the action-packed event. The rib cook-off will feature stiff competition between Tehama County Fire Departments and Casino Culinary teams for Rib Cook Off honors. They’ll all battle it out for the People’s Choice Award - which will be voted on by the spectators (tasters). Additionally, the fire depart- ment with the most votes will win a $500 Grant from the Rolling Hills Casino Community Development fund.../ and bragging rights for next year!
