Recording artist Chad Bushnell was born and raised in Red Bluff and is currently studying at Chico State University while also pursuing a career as a Country Singer/Songwriter. He makes his way throughout northern and central California performing with his band at numerous events from Rodeo's to fundraisers and has opened for big names in the industry such as Scotty McCreery, Billy Currington, Tracy Lawrence, Neal McCoy, and many others. He fronts a 4-piece band that travels the north state providing an energetic mix of both old and new country. He just released a new cd titled "Stormy Day in June" produced by Bruce Turgon from After Hours Recording. He has the Lord to thank as well as his parents and sister for all they have done for him.
