Nick Strole '06 graduated from Grinnell College with a bachelor's degree of arts in French and English, received a graduate certificate in publishing from Columbia University, and received a Ph.D. in French from the University of Illinois. Nick is an assistant professor in French studies at the University of Melbourne, Australia, and is teaching French and francophone theatre, translation, cinema, and literature. He is also working on his first academic book on contemporary theatre in French. Bryn Graham McRee '13 graduated from the University of Southern California in 2017 with a bachelor's degree of arts in theatre from the School of the Dramatic Arts. Bryn is a dancer with the Hollywood Ballet, and she and her husband, Ryan, have one cat named Winston Furchill. Her favorite Seabury memories include the France trip and the Spring Fever Grudge Match Series. Kit Rice '14 graduated from KU with a bachelor's degree of arts in English, received a master's degree of arts in Eastern Classics from St. John's College, and earned a JD from George Washington University. Kit is the assistant district attorney in Kings County (Brooklyn). Charlie Arnold '15 graduated with his master's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder with a focus on product design. He works at Los Alamos National Laboratory as an R&D engineer. He and his girlfriend, Haley, got a golden doodle puppy last October. Isabel Ash '17 majored in biology with a pre-med concentration and is working as a CNA. She is preparing for nursing school, specializing in labor and delivery. Isabel and her partner, Arielle, have a dog and a cat. Camryn Budke-Mathis '17 graduated with a master's degree in nursing and has returned to work for the Air Force. They moved to Alaska with their wife, Olga, in February, where Olga is flying C17s on cargo missions and Camryn is caring for patients of all ages in the medical-surgical unit. They have a dog, a cat, and two horses. Jack Edmonds '17 completed his bachelor's degree of science in electrical engineering in 2021 and his master's degree in machine learning in 2022 at Santa Clara University. He lives in San Jose, California, and works at Palo Alto Networks as a machine learning engineer. Jack said that it was difficult to choose his favorite Seabury memory, but a few include the cross-country season, Raku art field trips, and solving the brain teaser puzzles in Mr. Knudson's room. Ella Blake '19 earned a degree in physics with honors and high distinction from Harvey Mudd College. In fall 2023, she began the Ph.D. program in physics at Stanford. Isabel Mann '20 is a para-educator at Pittsburg High School and plans to attend Pitt State to become a high school math teacher. Isabel's favorite memories of Seabury were made with Lady Asher, and their favorite one was on Heritage Service Day when their advising group worked at the library and then stopped to share some chatting time, laughter, and food at Einstein Bagels before heading back to school. 2 New job, college, baby, and other fun news?
