CUMBERLAND Veterans Services Announces Scholarships Museum Dedicates 'Fascinating Farm' Cumberland County Veterans Services has announced 40 Cumberland County Schools students who are recipients of two categories of scholarships. Thirty-eight students were awarded for the North Carolina Division of Veterans Affairs 2012 Competitive Scholarships.
