Ruth: 157 lbs (Size 14) Ruth: 150 lbs (Size 12) Ruth: 116 lbs (Size 3) I recently turned 66 years old, have lost 41 lbs., feel healthy, energetic and good about myself. Thanks to Mark���s personal training and coaching, I am in better shape than I have been in years and get compliments often from family and friends. I have a small home gym in my garage and would venture out there in an attempt to workout three times a week, but never seemed to get anywhere or make any headway into loosing weight. I was extremely self-conscious and had no self-esteem because I was tipping the scale at almost 160 lbs. Then my doctor warned me about the dangers of being overweight, so I finally made that call. Mark designed my workouts for my fitness level and kept them fun and ever changing and challenging, which resulted in my weight loss, muscle gain and strengthening.
