The project consists of clearing the silt, silt laden gravel, and foreign debris from Tehama County River Park boat ramp in order to provide boat access into the Sacramento River. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials and labor required to complete the project to the satisfaction of the County. Julie Sisneros Purchasing Agent By:Cindee Brewer, Deputy Publish: March 30, 2013 LEGAL NOTICE Notice of Public Hearing for Submittal of State CDBG Application NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of Tehama will conduct a public hearing on April 9, 2013 at 10:30 am, at the Board of Supervisors Chambers, 727 Oak Street, Red Bluff in order to discuss the submittal of an application in response to the 2013 State Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA), and to solicit citizen input. This NOFA applies to CDBGeligible activities funded under the Economic Development (ED) Set-Aside, Community Development (CD) sub-allocation, Colonia Set-Aside, and Native American Set-Aside. Eligible Cities and counties may submit applications for CDBG funds under these NOFA���s. This NOFA allows for eligible jurisdictions to apply for up to $2 Million for a maximum of three activities. Typical activities funded under each of these predominately benefit low- and moderate-income Californians and include: Business Assistance (BA) Projects and Programs; Microenterprise (ME) Assistance Programs; Housing Rehabilitation (HR) Programs and Projects; Homeownership Assistance (HA) Programs; Housing Acquisition Projects; Public Infrastructure Projects; Public Facility Projects; Public Services Programs; and Planning and Technical Assistance Grants. Eligible activities paid for with State CDBG funds must meet one or more of the three National Objectives listed in CDBG Federal Statutes as follows: benefit to low income households or persons (also called Low/Mod Benefit); elimination of slums and blight; or meeting urgent community development need (a need resulting from a State or Federal declared disaster).
