Arrests ��� A Corning woman reported about 7:45 a.m. Monday on South Street that Jeremy Mendez was out of control and threatening to kill people. Mendez, 21, of Corning was arrested and booked into Tehama County Jail for two CHP Warrants. ��� Michael David Harrington, 36, was arrested Sunday evening in the area of Wiltsey Road at Antelope Boulevard in Red Bluff. Harrington, a transient of the Red Bluff area, was booked into jail on the charges of possession of a concealed dirk or dagger and two outstanding misdemeanor warrants. Bail was $15,000. Deputies made contact with Harrington at 7:38 p.m. after he was seen littering on Antelope Boulevard. A pat-down search for weapons turned up a concealed 4.5 inch fixed blade knife inside his waist band, hidden from view by his jacket. Drugs ��� A case number was issued to the Red Bluff Police School Resource Officer assigned to Red Bluff High School for a 14-year-old boy cited for possession of marijuana.
