She was preceded in death by her husband, Alan Hollar and sons, Mark and Chris. She leaves to cherish her memory one son Anthony Hollar, daughters-in-law Patti, Marty and Diane, eight grandchildren and a number of great grandchildren. Two services to celebrate her life were held, the first at Father's Vineyard Church, Spindale, NC and the second at Anna Maria Dream Inn in Bradenton Beach, FL. PAUL DEWAYNE MULLINAX Paul Dewayne Mullinax, 48, passed away June 9, 2018. He was the son of Frances Louise Mullinax and the late Floyd Junior Mullinax. In addition to his mother, Mr. Mullinax is survived by two sisters, Lisa Mullinax Fowler and husband, Edward, and Tina Melton, all of Gaffney, SC. Funeral services were held at Gordon Mortuary of Gaffney Chapel. Interment followed at Frederick Memorial Gardens. The Gaffney location of Gordon Mortuary is serving the family. of the home, a daughter, Leslie McCraw Grayson of Mooresboro, NC, three grandchildren; five great grandchildren; two brothers, Ronnie McCraw and Bryan McCraw and wife Kathy, and a sister, Linda Houser and husband Lance. Mr. McCraw was the son of the late John Martin and Lucy McCraw Horne and was preceded in death by a broth- er, Joel McCraw. The family will hold a pri- vate memorial at a later date. A service of Cleveland Funeral Services & Crematory, Inc. is serving the family. ROY DONALD "DONNIE" GRIFFIN Roy Donald "Donnie" Griffin, age 56, died June 8, 2018. He was the son of the late Charles Donald Griffin and Dorothy Joanne Evans Griffin. Donnie is survived by his loving girlfriend of 4 1/2 years, Carol Carpenter of Shelby, one daughter, Jennifer Griffin of Kings Mountain, one broth- er, Timothy Griffin and wife Cheryl of Kings Mountain, former spouse, Teresa Griffin and one grand-daughter. Funeral service was held at Oak Grove Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers the fam- ily has requested memorial donations be made to Cecil M. A native of Cleveland County, she was the daughter of the late Claude and Pauline Mellon Towery. She is survived by her husband, James Crotts; sons, Wilson Scott Trammel and wife Tammy of Shelby, and William David Trammel and wife Dana of Grover; step-sons, Scott Crotts and wife Julie and Mike Crotts and girlfriend Wendy Ledford, all of Shelby; 12 grandchil- dren; and three great-grand- children. A memorial service was held at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home Chapel. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Cleveland County, 951 Wendover Heights Dr., Shelby, NC Jr. and a daughter, Candace Elizabeth Brackett. Survivors include a daughter, Jeanne Hulcey and husband, Jason of Lowell; four brothers, Leroy Hutchens of Ellenboro, Ricky Brown of Florida, Jim Brown and Andre Brown; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Rankin and Rosa Lee Hope Rankin. Charles served in the US Air Force for four years. In addition to his parents Charles was preceded in death by one son, Charles Hillis Rankin Jr, four sisters; Margaret B. Smith, Opal Vander Stouwe, Evelyn Barclay and Frances McLaughlin and four broth- ers; James Rankin, Stacey Rankin, Rufus Rankin and William "Bill" Rankin. Charles is survived by his wife Marlene Lee Rankin of Shelby, son David Lee Rankin and wife Denise of Shelby, two grandsons; one brother Richard "Dick" Rankin and wife Judy. She was the daughter of the late Lloyd and Lucille Byers and was preceded in death by three infant sisters. She is survived by broth- ers, Lloyd Junior Byers and wife Tita of Shelby, Herman Byers and wife Barbara of Shelby, and sister Mil Willis and husband Ron of Boiling Springs. MAMIE LOU CASH ALLEN Mrs. Mamie Lou Cash Allen, age 98 of Shelby, passed away June 9, 2018. She is survived by her son, Dr. Larry Allen (Dianna) of Kings Mountain, NC, six grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and five great great grandchildren. Mamie Lou was the daughter of the late John Columbus Cash and Carrie Willingham Cash and was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Allen, a son, Wade Allen, a great grandson, Matt Gold, three brothers, Clyde Cash, Mozelle Cash, and Carlton Cash and a sister, Ethyleen Templeton.
