King '93 Thank You, Loyal Alumni W e are grateful to the 29 brothers listed below who contributed $4,097 to our fall 2016 annual appeal. The support you give makes a difference to our chapter and its future. If an error has been made in recording your name or you've been mistakenly omitted from our list, we sincerely apologize. Please contact Jason Dohrmann '99 at jdohrmann@hrgreen. com with any corrections. I am excited to announce that the Alpha Iota Chapter finally has an official Alumni Advisory Board (AAB). Many other Sigma Pi chapters have an AAB and these boards have been beneficial to those chapters. The AAB is intended to act as a direct resource for the undergraduate members to utilize when needed. Recruitment Advisor Travis Dunbar '10 will sit in on the chapter's recruitment meetings, attend recruitment events on occasion, and speak with potential news members and their parents when requested. Financial Advisor Sam Rush '11 will be available to assist the chapter with all financial matters. Membership Education Advisor John Elam '13 will conduct career development workshops and assist active members with their job pursuits. Additionally, an alumni mentorship program is being developed. If this sounds like something that you might be interested in, please contact John at (417) 300-9159 or jbe1989@gmail.com. I will continue to serve as the chapter director, overseeing the alumni board, maintaining frequent contact with the chapter and Sigma Pi Headquarters, and offering assistance whenever needed. We are excited for the future of the Alpha Iota Chapter and believe that the advisory board will be a great addition to the already outstanding leadership of the active members. We hope to help the chapter make decisions that will lead our fraternity down a path of success and growth. If anyone would like more information about the board, has ideas they'd like to express, or is interested in volunteering for the chapter in any capacity, please contact me. Fraternally, Kevin Ponder '15 Chapter Director (314) 313-5862 alphaiotacd@sigmapi.org Alumni Advisory Board Now in Place
