Come on down to the General Store--they are trying some- thing new!! Some people just don't like to cook in the heat, or buy food items that they have to clean, cook and clean up from--especially some senior resi- dents (and winter visitors too) who have limited refrigeration space and not much room to spread out in some small kitchens. Develop a website for the Assessor Office, so everyone can easily access their information. 3. Make sure all properties are being taxed equally, fairly, and consistently. 4. Stop all the favors and treat everyone the same. 5. Make sure my staff is helpful, friendly, and informative. 6. To exempt non-profit organizations. 7. To help the seniors, vets, widows, widowers, and disabled to receive the exemptions to which they are entitled. During my research, I have found so many properties that are NOT BEING TAXED and some are so UNDERVALUED it seems criminal. PLEASE BE SURE TO VOTE SO WE CAN MAKE IT FAIR! ~ Squeak.
