There can be no argument of the specifi city of this Law and its intent. If this law is legal for Arizona, then it is legal here. The town election was May 13, 2012 after this amended AZ law. Since Foster's town bill was not paid at the time he fi led, he cannot be seated at all. Lastly, let's get to Mark Orgeron. We rented there and paid annually but were residents of California. We were there on and off for a few weeks at a time. We paid annually because it was cheaper by the year and for the advantage of leaving our trailer, and not having to lug it back and forth when we visited here. We did that for quite some time before we moved here year-round in 2009. When we bought a lot and built here, we got our own Quartzsite PO Box (and Holiday Palms does have one as well). We declared our residency, got Arizona driver's licens- & 7th www.DesertMessenger.com PhilPhil researc inte ire Halloween 2008 -- Friday Night Delight nrto research, an anh, online online mark market ntsetr r seeste ra is no no er er considered a c He He con cconcl s h as as w aay w tao ta e eve evea is long long considered a childrenhildren's osfs wo k rydryd lay R R ch ra La e , er 2011: 2011: Trendspotting the Next Decade, agrees, suggesting stressed-out Trendspotting for for the Next Decade,BesiB agrees, suggesting that that stressed-out adults adults. What did Orgeron do when he bought a house here? He used his Yuma residence as the Owner's mail- ing address (not Holiday Palms) as shown on the La Paz County Assessors records. I read on Qtown.US News that Orgeron tried to blame the MVD for a typo error in changing his address from Quartzsite to Yuma. Orgeron says the MVD transposed the last 2 numbers on his zip code. Okay, his zip code in Yuma is 85365, and his zip here is 85346. How do you transpose (fl ip) 46 to 65? (oops). I also saw that Orgeron has not voted anywhere since 2008. If he cared for Foster and their ver- sion of Quartzsite (and IF he was possibly –ahem-- a resident here) why wouldn't he have voted for Foster the fi rst time? The Yuma County Recorder states Mark Org- eron was registered in Yuma County from 10-03-2003 through 6-28-2011. Their records showed his residence in Yuma, AZ 85365. The La Paz County records show Orgeron registered to vote in La Paz County on July 28, 2011. Therefore, Orgeron expressed his intent to be a resi- dent here July 28, 2011 (his wife did not register to vote until March of this year) and the evidence proves it here and in Yuma. Unfortunately for Mark Orgeron, there is NO conclusive evidence of being a resident here until July 28, 2011, instead of his Yuma home, where his wife, Cheryl, lives and works.
