Recently our Government Affairs Committee participated in a study on a new sign ordinance for the City of Fayetteville. This committee is comprised of commercial builders, sign companies, realtors and business owners. The committee prepared recommendations that balance the economic value for business signage while complimenting our streetscapes and visual quality of Fayetteville. The objective of this study is to attract business to Fayetteville with a code that was favorable to business marketing and to creatively support marketing for open house and temporary signage needs.
