Put Safety First. www.faypwc.com Cape Fear River Assembly Honors Chad Ham Join Sustainable Sandhills and Fayetteville PWC at the Cameo Art House (225 Hay Street) in downtown Fayetteville for the Sustainable Saturday Film Series. Doors open at 10:30am every fourth Saturday through November. Films will start at 11am. Admission is free, but donations will be accepted. There are over 38,000 public fleet departments in North America alone, while 1,900 organizations were selected by their peers to apply for this year's honor. Congratulations to Chad Ham, PWC Water Resources Environmental Program Manager, who has been named the 2016 J. W. Pate Award recipient for his contributions to conservation and environmental protection. The award is Cape Fear River Assembly's highest honor for environmental stewardship, given for strong leadership on environmental issues, particularly related to water resource and quality matters.
