It was a rather cool morning but the thrill of competition overcame the weather. The 3-person team of Jerry Kerr, Harry Walster, & Bill Toner came in with a 1st place score of 38. Two teams tied with 39 and in the playoff, partners Harvey Gibson & Con Smith took 2nd place honors while Bruce Scott & Gary McGowan won 3rd place. Another two teams tied with 40, and in that playoff Gene Swallow & Kit Wilkins defeated Lou Jensen & Jim Austin for 4th and 5th place respectively.
