Red Bluff Police School Resource Officer Heidi Thomas stopped by the PAL Martial Arts Pro- gram at 1005 Vista Way on Thursday to visit with a few of the students. It's a 501 (c) (3) non profit youth anti-bullying, drug, alcohol and tobacco free education program. For more information, visit http://www.teha- maso.org/ or call (530) 529-7950.
