our 2014-2015 Leadership
Fayetteville application period.
Leadership Fayetteville is
one of the oldest leadership
program of its type in the
state. Building on 30 years
of experience Leadership
Fayetteville 2014-15 is sure
to provide an outstanding
professional development and
network building opportunities
for our participants. Businesses
are encouraged to send your
standout employees through
the program. Individuals can
also apply on their own.
Leadership Fayetteville,
the Chamber's community
orientation and leadership
program, is structured to
provide its participants an
in-depth knowledge and
understanding of the various
segments of our community
and how they influence
or impact our daily lives.
The overall objective of the
program is a stronger, better
informed and engaged leader,
who moves forward from the
program to become actively
involved in the community.
Program participants attend
nine full day sessions between
September of 2014 and
May of 2015 with each day
focusing on specific areas
such as government, arts and
entertainment, economy,
health and medicine and much
more.
Throughout the program
participants are exposed
to local, state and federal,
community and civic leaders
who serve as faculty, mentors
or speakers to impart how
individual and group leaders
can make a positive impact on
our the community.
