"To young musicians I would say… 'practice-everyday', not just when you feel like it if you want to become really good at your craft. Also, find a teacher that knows more than you. If you are teaching them, you need somebody else. I always tried to get around people DARRELL PADGETT better than me and learn something from them." Darrell's most influential guitar players include Eddie Van Halen, Stevie Ray Vaughn, and John Mayer.
