The hikes are between 4-10 miles, paced at 2-3 miles per hour. There are frequent stops for fellowship and food/beverages, and rucks, weight and boots are optional. Tickets to hike can be bought at silkieshikefayettevillenc2.eventbrite.com OTHELLIT CAPE FEAR VINEYARD & WINERY Sweet Tea Shakespeare is excited to bring its hit drunk Shakespeare production, OthelLIT, on tour through- out the North Carolina Sandhills. The play tells the story of the great general Othello, who is manipulated by his evil lieutenant, Iago, into believing that his wife, Desdemona, has been unfaithful. The result is a tragic tale of jealousy, betrayal and revenge. LIT Performances are for adults, as they blend stripped-down Shakespeare plays with improv, games and a relaxed, pub-like environment. This one-of-a-kind performance series takes classic works of literature and puts a unique twist on them.
