14 NWA COLLEGE FOOTBALL PREVIEW | 8.28.2022 camp. He was holding off junior Hudson Henry and freshman Ty Washington during the early parts of camp. Henry has shown improved blocking skills after starring as a route runner and split out receiver in high school. Washington is already showing strong double-threat tendencies. OFFENSIVE LINE There appear to be no changes on the depth chart for position coach Cody Kennedy from the spring, when 320-pound senior Luke Jones emerged at left tackle to join with returning starters in center Ricky Stromberg, guards Brady Latham and Beaux Limmer and tackle Dalton Wagner. The returning starters total an astounding 100 career starts, led by 32 from Stromberg. The unit helped Arkansas rank 28th in the country with 441.7 yards per game and 7th with 227.8 rushing yards per game, first among Power 5 teams. There is major beef coming up behind the veterans, with Ty'Kieast Crawford, Devon Manuel, Andrew Chamblee and E'Marion Harris making moves. Center Marcus Henderson, slowed by a pectoral injury in camp, is also in the picture. DEFENSIVE LINE The Razorbacks sport some returning veterans, led by tackle Isaiah Nichols and ends Zach Williams and Eric Gregory for new position coach Deke Adams. However, none of those players has racked up impressive statistics yet in their careers. Gregory has moved mostly inside due to an knee injury to tackle Taurean Carter, who made a major move during the spring. Gregory can play inside and out, as can freshman Nico Davillier, who is off to a roaring start. Jashaud Stewart has added muscle and looks primed to nab a starting role at end. It looks like transfers Terry Hampton, Taylor Lewis and Jordan Domineck will OFFENSE QB 1 KJ Jefferson 4 Malik Hornsby 10 Cade Fortin RB 5 Raheim Sanders 0 A.J.
