Grand Jubilee, the music hall's flagship production, has already started its 20th anniversary season this month with music, comedy and "razzle-dazzle" from some of Branson's top talents. Emcees Jim Dandy (Jamie Haage) and Mike Patrick keep the laughs coming and momentum going, and harmony-loving quartet New South and powerhouse singer Jackie Brown, backed by the Rhinestone Mafia band, deliver top-40, country, gospel and rock 'n' roll hits from your favorite eras at 7:30 p.m. daily. But that's just the beginning. There are also shows titled Amazing Pets — proving you can herd cats or at least try — Comedy Jamboree, Branson Country USA, Down Home Country, New South Gospel and Ozarks Country, with performances as early as 10 a.m., matinees on various days and a syndicated radio and TV broadcast recorded at 10:30 p.m. every Friday. NWAJS In other news, the Northwest Arkansas Jazz Society is recruiting high school students (grades 9-12) who play trumpet, saxophone (alto, tenor, baritone), trombone, guitar, piano, drums or bass.
