Season 1 of the series followed Jules, played by Kat Dennings ("Thor," 2011), a young woman on a mission to rekindle her neglected friend- ships after the end of her long- term relationship. As Jules at- tempted to rebuild her relation- ships with Madison (Brenda Song, "The Social Network," 2010), Stella (Shay Mitchell, "Pretty Little Liars") and Izzy (Esther Povitsky, "Alone Togeth- er"), the audience saw her over- come her own imagination and re-enter the world of women. Now reunited with her friends, Season 2 sees the girls move for- ward in their lives and deepen their relationships as they try to balance love, work and friend- ship. Created by Jordan Weiss ("Entitled," 2014), the series is directed by Emma Westenberg ("Stranger's Arms," 2018) and Stephanie Laing ("Physical") and co-written by Weiss, Hallie Cantor ("Arrested Develop- ment") and Grace Edwards ("*Loosely Exactly Nicole").
