On any given game day you are sure to find the action you are looking for to accompany the great food and beverage selection offered at the restaurant. "Although the food is the star of the show, our Sports Theater is unlike any other," Mark said. "We have 10 projection screens for wide variety of sports viewing." Any great restaurant is only as good as its staff and Mark and Laura are very proud of the team they have assembled. Their management team is led by Roy Reed, General Manager. It also includes Anna Ledbetter, Assistant Manager; Roberto Lazo, Kitchen Manager; Amy Stephens, and Bently Ingram. The Bazyks also want to encourage people to come join their "All American" team as they are planning to open for lunch as soon as they can and they need daytime servers to help get the job done.
