T he Embracing Your Alpha Chi Legacy campaign has been generously supported by many loyal brothers. These men and their families understand the importance of ensuring Alpha Chi's future through time and treasure to ensure it remains a recognized leadership organization that binds men together and challenges them to improve their campuses and the world. We hope even more brothers will join us in creating a brighter future for Phi Kappa Tau at Mississippi State. Thank you to the following alumni who have committed $1,079,967 to this campaign. It's not too late to donate; donors who contribute $2,500 or more will have their name included on a plaque permanently displayed in the updated chapter house. All contributions of $1,000 and above are shown below. If an error has been made in recording your gift, or your name has mistakenly been omitted or listed improperly, we sincerely apologize. Please contact our campaign coordinator at (785) 843-1661 so we may make a correction. Campaign Progress by the Numbers As of March 25, 2021 $1.5 Million Goal $1,079,967 Written Commitments 19.3% Total Participation 117 Donors 595 Active Alumni "I was at MSU and active in AX 1966-72, and I think most of us who were lucky enough to be members of the chapter when the house was at 304 S. Jackson Street were really pleased to learn that the new house would be modeled after that one. "In the 1966 rush, friends from Jackson, the very friendly members, and the beautiful house were the things that attracted me most to Phi Kappa Tau. As I pledged, met all the people, and grew to know what it's all about, I found it to be one of the most rewarding parts of my life. Of course, the brotherhood and friendships are at the heart of my memories, but the house was always a warm homelike backdrop that was a big part of those memories. "Those memories and experiences made me want to contribute to the capital campaign to help make it possible to get this new version of the great old house at 304 S. Jackson built and help create great memories for those to come." DON LOVELACE '67
