Being a Delt taught him about teamwork, commitment, integrity, service to others, and persevering through adversity. It gave him the opportunity to lead others, manage priorities, and serve his community. All of these experiences would prove to be beneficial to Rob throughout his career in the financial industry. Rob is a senior vice president with the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, where he started as an intern after graduating from Oklahoma State and joined full-time after receiving his master's degree in business administration from Southern Methodist University. He is responsible for the divisions of banking supervision, credit risk, and reserves management. He provides executive oversight for bank holding companies and member financial institutions and researches the banking industry in the 11th Federal Reserve District. While Rob's career has limited his involvement with Delta Chi, he looks forward to becoming more involved after retiring. He lives in Dallas with his wife, Bebe. They have a daughter, Madison, who attends CU Boulder as a member of Kappa Alpha Theta; and a son, Rob, who is a senior at Highland Park High School. He returned for the chapter's 70-year reunion in May and was surprised to see the many new Greek houses built in the last decade. "It made me realize how important our campaign is to make Delt competitive," Justin said. "The active chapter has made a lot of strides in recent years. A new Shelter will only help them build on recent successes and make Delt a leader in the Greek community once again." It was tough for Justin to pick his favorite memories of Delta Tau Delta, but he happily recalls how his Delt brotherhood began: with friendship. "Coming from a small town in Oklahoma, I didn't know much about fraternities, but I thought it would help me make new friends at OSU." During recruitment, he reconnected with Eric Hardy '91, a Delta Chi brother and old friend from elementary school; Justin largely credits Eric as the reason he chose Delt. As an active brother, Justin served as chapter president and made friendships that last to this day. Over the years, they have traveled to OSU football away games and taken trips all over the world. Justin is the co-founder of Gridline, a logistics software company that provides analytics software to food and beverage distribution companies. Reflecting on his professional life, he believes that Delt has impacted almost all of his endeavors. "Nearly every career opportunity ties into experiences from Delt or to connections I made thanks to the people in the Shelter. My leadership experience created a foundation that has helped me grow throughout my career." When he joined the Pledge Delt Again campaign, one thing Justin did not expect was how much fun it would be. "It's been great to reconnect with guys that I haven't talked to or seen in many years. In my recent business travels across the U.S., I've met up with Delt brothers and relived a lot of good times." Justin is grateful for the opportunity to reconnect with Delta Chi and encourages brothers to get involved however they are able. "Reflect on the life skills and lasting friendships you made in the Shelter so we can all help create that for the next generation. I would love nothing more than to see our efforts help them be successful and make a difference in people's lives." Justin lives in Scottsdale, Arizona, with his wife, Laurie, and their two children, Ella and Cole. In his spare time, he volunteers with the Make-A- Wish Foundation and enjoys playing golf, running, and cycling. You can connect with Justin at jmoyer@gridline.com.
