Campaign Gains Momentum,
$4.4 Million and Counting
Now Is Your Time to Join—Give Today!
T
he Pledge Delt Again campaign has had
great success so far. Since our announcement
early this summer, brothers have contributed
$440,476 in new donations, bringing our total
commitments to $4,441,876 from 118 donors.
This is truly outstanding and proves that our Delt
Brotherhood is still important to many of you.
As momentum builds and more brothers decide
to pledge Delt again, I'm confident we will
meet our $5.5 million goal. Raising $5.5 million
will allow us to completely rebuild the Shelter
at 1306 West University. With the look and feel
of a true fraternity house, yet designed with
affordability, safety, and security in mind, our
new Shelter will be the perfect home for future
generations of Delts.
To those who have already given—thank you.
To those still considering a gift, please keep
these notes in mind:
• Naming opportunities are available for
$25,000+ gifts and pledges.
• Donors giving $2,500 or above will have
their names permanently displayed in the
new Shelter.
• $1,000+ donors will appear in campaign
publications and newsletters.
• Due to limited educational space in the
new Shelter, the majority of our funds will
be raised through the Stillwater Delta Tau
Delta Corporation and will not be tax
deductible.
• Limited opportunities for tax-deductible
giving are available:
o Gifts of appreciated securities owned
more than 12 months can be given to
the Delta Tau Delta Educational
Foundation, a 501(c)(3).
o Brothers over 70 and a half can
transfer up to $100,000 from their
traditional or rollover IRA to the
Delta Tau Delta Educational
Foundation.
A pledge form is enclosed outlining the giving
levels and more details for giving. You can
determine a preferred payment schedule to
fit your budget, with options to spread your
payments over five years. Online giving is also
available at tinyurl.com/pledgedeltagain.
The countdown is on to the new Shelter's
groundbreaking in May 2020. Now is your
opportunity to be a part of this once-in-a-
lifetime project. Honor your commitment today
through a gift to the Delta Chi Chapter. If you
