The Wreckage The newsletter of the Indiana Chapter of Acacia Fraternity Fall 2019 GENTLEMEN, YOU ARE ABOUT TO EMBARK ON A JOURNEY Y our destination: Bloomington, Indiana. The date: October 12th, 2019. The purpose: Kick off the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Indiana Chapter of Acacia Fraternity. Are you with me? Brothers, this journey, unlike the one you took in the past, will have no hot sands to cross, no rough seas, no shipwreck, and no need to "beware the asp!" This journey is a calling home to celebrate the 100th anniversary of our founding at Indiana. The beginning of a year-long celebration of tradition, memories, and a lifetime of brotherhood that's been 100 years in the making. Our journey will also look into the future. We have this unique opportunity to celebrate 100 years of brotherhood and solidify the future our fraternity at Indiana University. It will never happen again in our lifetime. Plans for the year's events are coming together, and we would like your input or ideas. Homecoming 2019 (October 12, Rutgers) promises to be an epic event, with brothers returning who have not been seen or back on campus in many years. You do not want to miss this! For more details, and links to the tailgate location and discounted game tickets, visit the Indiana Acacia website: IndianaAcacia.org/homecoming2019.
