Scott Lakin '77 (#1202) graduated from
nursing school 31 years ago. He works for a
clinical software company in Carmel, Ind.,
while completing his doctorate in nursing.
Scott's hope is to teach online. He has a

John Quillin '78 (#1231) lives in Norfolk,
Mass., where he is a senior vice president of
Merrill Lynch/Bank of America. He and his
wife, Lynn, have been married for 30 years,

Chris Richardson '79 (#1258) lives in
Tampa, Fla., where he is president and
CEO of Keystone Heart, a medical device
company. He and his wife, Allison, have
been married for 34 years, and they have
two daughters, Taylor and Kelsi. Email:

Dr. Jeffrey Springer '80 (#1279) completed
his doctorate (DMA) at the Catholic
University of America in Washington, D.C.,
in 2016. Before his doctorate, he spent more
than 20 years as a leading operatic tenor
performing in theaters and symphony halls
across Europe, Asia, and North America.
Jefrey moved with his wife, Dana Peterson
Springer (Delta Gamma, IU '95), and their
two sons to Tallahassee, Fla., to join the
voice faculty at Florida State University.
While FSU has a large Greek system, it does
not have a chapter of Acacia. "Perhaps we

Matthew G. Wyss '94 (#1696) graduated
from IU Bloomington S.P.E.A. with
a bachelor's of science in health care
