Cindy moved to the Fayetteville area in 1982 after graduation from East Carolina University with a BFA in Dance Performance and went to work teaching Dance. "I met my current employer in 1983," she said of CSI Sales Manager, Ann Marie Swilley. "I have been working here in Fayetteville for her, for more than 36 years." A classically trained dancer by trade, Cindy quickly found her second career at CSi/Carolina Specialties, a Promotional Marketing/Screenprint and Embroidery Company right here in Fayetteville. "I am celebrating my 30th year as an Account Representative with the company," she explained. "Quite honestly, I can't imagine doing anything else!" The CSI team describe Cindy as their very own Carol Burnett with a natural talent for sales, but, more importantly, a natural talent for taking care of her clients and their needs. With her loud twang she counsels and looks out for their best business interest all the while forging lasting relationships. Cindy is an avid Beach Music fan and loves to dance. She's also a new Grandmother, and is looking forward to spending lots of time with her newest Blessing! "My job gives me a great opportunity to meet and see many faces in our community every day, so it meshes very well with being an Ambassador for the Greater Fayetteville Chamber, Cindy said. "CSi is a longtime Chamber member, which has afforded me the opportunity to help our growing community. I look forward to meeting you!" The Greater Fayetteville Chamber Ambassador program consists of enthusiastic Chamber volunteers who are the official "public relations" arm and welcoming committee of the Greater Fayetteville Chamber. Ambassadors ensure that our member's needs, questions and concerns are heard and addressed by the Chamber. The Ambassador program is also designed to involve and educate new and existing members. If you want to be considered for the Ambassador program, contact Taneshia Kerr at (910) 433-6776 to schedule an interview. AMBASSADOR OF THE QUARTER CINDY STROUPE "Back by popular demand!"
