THANKS FROM ISAIAH 58 Pastor Wayne & Linda Babcock and all our volunteers at Isaiah 58 would like to thank all of our wonderful local friends for their support this season. Your contributions to this ministry help so much as we con- tinue to address some of the needs of the less fortunate that either re- side in Quartzsite, or are passing through our community. First of all, let me share what we can't do. We can't pay rent, utilities, propane, or phone bills. Monetarily we just aren't in a position to help in those areas. In most situations we will di- rect people to agencies that can. We can offer a shower, a weekly food box, clean clothing, a blanket, and dinner every night from 4:30 - 6:00 (5:30 on Sunday). Some household and personal care items are avail- able. We can offer access to a phone (during offi ce hours) so calls can be made to family or friends, or other agencies that may be able to help. We can also offer encouragement, prayer, and maybe a new direction through the acceptance of Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
