Many were not here originally to volunteer but after they spent some time here, they discovered how they can make a difference by volunteering. I would like to thank Dale McMurray for finding his way here. Dale has really made a difference in our Food Service Department by volunteering his time every Dale McMurray Wednesday and Thursday to help prepare food, wash dishes, and serve lunch. He adds a special touch to his generosity by helping with our trays while keeping a huge smile on his face. Thank you Dale for being such a pleasant addition to our kitchen, we really appreciate your time and helpfulness! Heart Healthy Seminar February has been designated as Heart Health Month. Please join us at the Council on Aging/Neal Senior Center located at 100 T.R. Monthly Covered Dish Luncheon The Council on Aging/Neal Senior Center, located at 100 TR Harris Drive, Shelby, N.C. will be having a covered dish luncheon on Friday, February 15, 2013 at 11:30 a.m. in the Dining Room. If it is more convenient, feel free to contribute by bringing something purchased the Grocery Store or a local restaurant.
