The squad returns six players in Sarah Elkins of Greenwood, Alexsis Brown, Daijah Brown, Mariah Green, Tamera Gulley and Ellie Lehne. "It's good to have some ex- perience back because they saw some minutes," Cummings said. "That always helps. Most of them were role players. But it's now their time to step up and shine. They know the roles are shifting." Transfers Tae'lour Rich- ardson, Mikiah McDonald, Dachelle Terry of Springdale Har-Ber along with the fresh- man class of Deedee Nelson and Leiloni Culley will look to supplement the Lady Lions returning experience. "The team wants to win a conference championship since this is the last year in the Heartland Conference," Cummings said. "That's the goal.
