Supporting the fraternity as an alumnus is important to Graham. "I learned a tremendous amount from our alumni [as an active brother], and I saw their leadership as a key reason for our strong fraternity." Be- fore joining the alumni association, Graham was involved in the capital campaign and renovation, as well as projects to bolster risk management and mentorship programs. And now as president of the association, he sees his role as a facilitator— to support the undergraduates and organize the alumni, strengthening the fraternity. "I want to see us have sustainable processes in place that support our brothers' academics, increase our outreach, and bring more alumni back for Founder's Day." Another goal is to drive the younger generation of alumni in supporting and leading the fraternity. He encourages newer graduates to make the time for volunteering. "Every hour we can invest will yield a huge return for our fraternity." It is vital for alumni to show that joining eta Xi is beneficial not only while a student at RPI, but also beyond. Membership leads to last- ing friendships, innumerable life skills, and paths to successful careers. Graham is appreciative of the leadership Chris Baldauf '03 (A1487) has provided to the alumni association. e fraternity has grown under his di- rection, and the association is in a place to capably support the chapter. Learning a lot from Chris, Graham is excited to carry on his vision and demonstrate to the Greek community the strength of eta Xi. When not working or giving his time to eta Xi, Graham enjoys catching up with fraternity brothers, woodworking, and cooking and hiking with his fi- ancée, Bryanna. ey are planning a summer 2018 wedding.
