CHAPTER HOUSE CORPORATION LOOKS
TOWARD SUMMER IMPROVEMENTS
"Trust the wait. Embrace the uncertainty. Enjoy the beauty of becoming.
When nothing is certain, anything is possible."
— Mandy Hale
pring is here! Four years ago I wrote my first column for
Entre Nous as Chapter House Corporation (CHC) president.
I remember I had just dropped my firstborn off to college
and mentioned the emotions I felt as a mom. Four years later,
he is a couple months away from graduating from college, and I
have two others in college and another child in the 8th grade. My how
time has flown by! We see such progress and possibilities in the world
from our children's eyes as they set out to conquer their world!
As a CHC member for many years, I too have seen the hopes and dreams
of so many wonderful women who have chosen California Gamma as their
home. I'm in awe of their accomplishments so far in their lifetime and look
forward to see how they spread their wings and fly to bigger and brighter
heights. Anything is possible!
Our chapter house has never looked better. I'm so proud of our members
and how they honor and maintain our home. They take great care of the
house and truly understand how blessed we are to have the best house on
the row. Summer is our busy time to upgrade the house so it shines for
recruitment in the fall. This year, we are working on changing out the rest
of our water heaters to tankless, updating the HVAC and doing some minor
wood paneling on the first floor.
May we embrace the uncertainty and enjoy the beauty of what's to come.
