a letter from the eminent archon Chapter statistics • 89 active Brothers • 3.06 Chapter gPa • above all-men's gPa and all-fraternity gPa • 3.07 new member gPa • honorable mention for indiana University greek Life Leadership Development award Dear alumni, While i was a part of indiana gamma during its recolonization, my pledge class joined 23 active brothers in becoming a chapter on april 18, 2009. since that time, indiana gamma has grown to more than 80 active brothers. the journey from the refounding of the chapter has been remarkable and has created a tight-knit, strong, and truly everlasting brotherhood that i will cherish long after graduation. i am passionate about indiana gamma and i share a dream with the rest of my chapter to see the years of hard work and dedication that we have put into our fraternity fulfilled. a fraternity house on campus would give our chapter an opportunity to continue building a strong bond of brotherhood and pursuing honest endeavors of reaching high expectations of academic performance and philanthropic ac- complishments. it is an opportunity for sigma alpha epsilon to compete among the other top fraternities at indiana University. on behalf of the undergraduate men of indiana gamma, i am proud to announce our pledge of $75,000 to SAE – Rising from the Ashes: The Campaign for Indiana Gamma. this gift will be paid by an increase in our dues that was unanimously voted into effect by the chapter at our final meeting of the 2010-11 academic year. We recognize the commitment alumni are making to benefit indiana gamma and want to do our part. When the chapter discussed our pledge, we knew this would be a chance to make a clear statement to our alumni that we understand and embrace our responsibility to shepherd the legacy of indiana gamma for future generations of brothers to enjoy and experience. We hope you will join us to help indiana gamma rise from the ashes. Phi alpha, nicholas s. Carder indiana gamma eminent archon 2010-11 Campaign executive Board member
