O ur investment in the future of Epsilon will ensure the success of our Chapter and will promote a legacy upon which to build an even greater brotherhood. Today, perhaps more than ever, college fraternities play a relevant role in shaping the lives of young men. Tau Kappa Epsilon provides a small-group living environment that offers our members a solid foundation for their education and also affords opportunities for high academic achievement and the development of leadership and social skills. e undergraduate men have made a commitment to work hard to maintain the programs and traditions that have benefited the lives of so many Fraters over the years. In addition, they understand the importance the chapter house plays in their lives and the lives of future Epsilon men, which is why they have so generously pledged $115,000 over the next six years to Securing Epsilon's Legacy. Together with our active members, the volunteer leadership of the 224 Ash LLC is committed to this major undertaking, which will allow us to renovate our Chapter House and compete with other fraternities and housing options in Ames. Remember that each of us benefited from the generosity, work, and sacrifice of those who went before us. We all enjoyed the comfort and brotherhood TKE provided during our years at Iowa State. Now it is our turn to support Epsilon Chapter and ensure that the same, wonderful experience is available to others. GIVING BACK TO EPSILON We urge your thoughtful consideration of this plan. With your support, Epsilon will continue to provide a quality living environment that develops outstanding young men with the skills and confidence to face an ever-changing world. e commitment we make today cannot be underestimated—it will have a far-reaching effect on the lives of our Epsilon Fraters for years to come. Ensuring housing for future membership to thrive is not a task being taken lightly. is is an opportunity to sustain the years of history, leadership, and brotherhood that so many of us are proud of, and to make certain these opportunities will be available to future generations of young men entering Iowa State. GIFT STRUCTURE Because of the magnitude of our objectives, we are urging all alumni to consider major gis to the campaign. In order for each alumnus to maximize his participation, gis can be structured over a five-year pledge period. DONOR RECOGNITION Each of us, simply by our presence, has contributed to the history of Epsilon. How appropriate then that each of our names be entered into its halls. Each donor who contributes $10,000 or more will be recognized on a prominently displayed plaque in the Chapter House and donors of $5,000 or more will be recognized in campaign publications. Names will appear by category, relative to the size of the gi. Gis in honor or in memory of brothers, as well as family and pledge class gis, are welcomed. Recognition in such cases will be given to both the donor and the honoree. Securing Our legacy GIVING LEVELS Seminoles of Lasting Legacy ($1,000,000 and above) Millard R.
