More than 50 brothers showed up and toured the chapter house on game day and nearly everyone was blown away by the extensive renovations we accomplished over the last year. Our event at Shiloh's went just as well, with many of our undergraduate members expressing that this was one of the absolute best events we've thrown all year. I spoke with a Floridian alumnus from an early 1990 pledge class who shared some of his favorite memories from his active years in Missouri Alpha. He said that Alumni Weekend was his first time returning to campus since he graduated and that he was impressed by the chapter house and the city of Columbia. It was a truly incredible experience to get to know all of these alumni on a personal level. The weekend was fun- filled and our members cannot wait for Founder's Day in March. Annual Alumni Weekend H omecoming 2017 is over and marked the first year Missouri Alpha was able to partake at the highest participation level—Traditions Level. We snagged fifth place overall and credit our success to our pairing with Kappa Alpha Theta, who handled just about everything for us. We were especially pleased with the participation from our active and Phikeia members. Here are some highlights from fall semester so far: • Mo Alpha is first in grades! • 2,500+ pomping hours for house decorations (Phi Delt) • 440+ registered blood donors (pairing) • 1,000+ cans of food donated We continue to strengthen relations with sororities at Mizzou, and hosted a fall social with Pi Beta Phi. We won this social through their spring philanthropy event, Arrow Spike. In November, we looked forward to executive board elections. Please note, the property will be closed November 18-26 for Thanksgiving break, and December 16-January 14 for winter break. As always, thank you for your continued support in making this chapter OUR chapter! Yours in the Bond, Chandler Fry '20 Phi Delta Theta House Manager (816) 286-6741 MISSOURI ALPHA'S FALL HIGHLIGHTS
