Our Active Members RECRUITMENT AND ACADEMICS Epsilon Beta has continued its focus on recruiting the highest caliber of new members who will be an asset to Kappa and loyal members not only for four collegiate years but well beyond. Following a successful 2017 recruitment, Epsilon Beta now has 235 members. Epsilon Beta makes academics a priority and is dedicated to helping women reach the highest level of scholastic advancement while at Colorado State. While Kappa Kappa Gamma's reputation at Colorado State is upheld by its strong academic achievement, campus leadership and service to the community are also of utmost importance to our active members. Epsilon Beta members are serving both locally and globally. The leadership and achievement depth of the chapter is furthered by the diversity of majors that members pursue and the many activities that augment their collegiate academic studies. UNDERGRADUATE ACHIEVEMENT AND HONORS CSU Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life Awards: • Excellence in Chapter External Relations – 2015 • Top Sorority GPA – 2015 • Outstanding Member in Community Service and Philanthropy – 2015 and 2016 • Sorority Woman of the Year – 2015 • Excellence in Risk Management and Harm Reduction – 2017 • Chapter President of the Year – 2017 Fort Collins Panhellenic Alumnae Association Award: • Georgia Kovacic undergraduate scholarship Kappa Kappa Gamma National Awards: • Heritage and Recruitment (honorable mention) – 2016 • Donations exceeding $10,000 to KKG Foundation (Adelphe Level) – 2016 Other: • At least 43% of members are involved in another organization other than Kappa on campus • Twelve members are in the Order of Omega, the honor society for the top 3% of Greek life • More than 10 organizations have a Kappa holding a leadership position • Six members are on CSU's Golden Pom team; four are members of the cheerleading team " " "Don't wait for a leader...look in the mirror, it's you!
