CUMBERLAND Board of Elections Serves From New Location, Offers One-Stop Voting Oct. 18 The Cumberland County Board of Elections is now serving citizens from a new location at 227 Fountainhead Lane in the E. Newton Smith Center, formerly the county's health department. The Board of Elections will hold One-Stop Early Voting for the general election Health Department Offers Flu Shots, Evening Hours At Immunization Clinic The Cumberland County Department of Public Health is offering Immunization Clinic hours are Monday-Thursday, 8-11:30 a.m. and 1-4 p.m. Friday hours are 8 - 11:30 a.m. and by appointment only on Friday afternoons.
