We appreciate each donation. Hopefully, you could tell how wonderful the chapter house looks in the last newsletter. We have more plans for this summer. First, we will complete the project to update the heating and air conditioning in all the bedrooms. We finished the north wing last summer and started on the upstairs over Christmas break. This will allow members to control the temperature (with some restrictions) in their rooms and will get us completely off of the boiler system. We are also going to put new floors in the upstairs halls and TV room to match the north wing. We plan to do the actual bedrooms in the future, but not this summer. Continued on page 2
