Page 2 Theta Gamma News GET TO KNOW OUR COLLEGIANS We installed hand dryers in the three main bathrooms over Christmas break. We are trying to cut paper costs and eliminate as much trash as possible (lots of residents means lots of trash). We will install hand dryers in both downstairs bathrooms this summer. The Parents' Club and the House Corporation are also updating the dining room. A beautiful wood floor will be installed, and we are shopping for new chairs. We are also updating the lighting in this room. Many women study in the dining room, so we want the option of more light. The other major summer project is replacing the front door, the mailroom door, and the Delta Beach door with nice new ones. The old doors have served us well, but they are in terrible condition, and we want a more updated look. The front door will be a double door—and both sides will open during recruitment. Thank you, again, for your generous donations and support of our chapter house and our chapter. We will have a busy summer, but these projects should be completed before the women return at the end of July. Sincerely, Theta Gamma House Corporation Continued from page 1 NEW FLOORS, DOORS, AND MORE House Corporation Plans Improvements to Theta Gamma Home The new water cooler is a great feature in the house and will help the women not only stay hydrated but also save money.
