Roving jail The Red Bluff Round- Up Roving Jail will be vis- iting the Corning area on Wednesday, April 19. Warrants and "Get Out of Jail Free" cards can be pur- chased and issued through the Corning Chamber of Commerce, 1110 Solano St., for the cost of $20 each. Dignity Health St. Eliza- beth Community Hospital recently announced Jordan Wright accepted the posi- tion of hospital president, beginning April 23. Wright has served as chief strategy officer for the Dignity Health North State Service Area since Septem- ber 2013. In that role, he notably helped create the North State Quality Care Network, which provides a support system for phy- sicians facing challenges in delivering high-quality health care with cost ef- ficiency. The network has grown to 180 members. Wright has been involved with members of the St. Elizabeth team on a vari- ety of recent projects in- cluding opening the So- lano Street Clinic in Corn- ing and the Lassen Medical Clinic transition. Prior to joining Dignity, Wright worked for Stanford University School of Medi- cine in Palo Alto as the di- rector of operations for the Department of Medi- cine. He served as the pres- ident and managing part- ner of Sante Health Prop- erties, LLC in El Dorado Hills and has worked with Stan- ford Hospi- tal and Clin- ics and the Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Health Care System.
