City Updates Hurricane Damaged Roads Website In an effort to help keep residents informed on the status of the roadway repairs from the damage of Hurricane Matthew, the Engineering & Infrastructure Department has overhauled the www.FayettevilleNC.gov/Roads website. The updated website includes an interactive story map that has photos of roads that were impacted by the storm. As work proceeds on the projects, the story map will be updated with photos of the progress. Another feature that has been added to the site is individual project pages that describe the work that will be done on each roadway, as well as to give an estimated timeline so that residents can follow along. The goal of the updated website is for the department to be able to provide timely updates on the project pages throughout the course of the projects until their completion. Residents are encouraged to visit the website for the most up-to-date information regarding the project that they are most interested in.
