He held his own, slashing .295/.359/.476 with two HR and 14 RBI in 34 games. He maintained his rookie status with just 118 plate appearances, and is ticketed to be the Red Sox's starting le fielder. WHITE SOX INF YOAN MONCADA The anchor piece in the trade that sent Chris Sale to the Red Sox, Moncada has carried some hype for a couple of years now. He struggled in his eight-game stint with Boston last year (12 strikeouts in 19 at-bats) and may start the season in the minors, but his time should be coming. INDIANS OF BRADLEY ZIMMER The University of San Francisco product disappointed with the bat a little last season in the minors, but is still a high on-base guy who stole 38 bases. A strong defensive outfielder, he could push for a role on the defending AL champions and benefit from a strong supporting cast around him. NATIONAL LEAGUE BRAVES SS DANSBY SWANSON Atlanta stole Swanson, the No. 1 overall pick in 2015, from the Diamondbacks when it traded Shelby Miller last year. Baseball America's top prospect in the National League hit .302 with three HR and 17 RBI during his MLB call-up last year, and the job is his now for the rebuilding Braves. PHILLIES SS J.P. CRAWFORD This is another rebuilding team that has no reason not to turn to a talented prospect sometime soon. Crawford isn't yet on the 40-man roster, and the Phillies are likely to monitor his service-time clock, but he should be in Philadelphia sooner rather than later. PIRATES RHP TYLER GLASNOW Command has been an issue for Glasnow, who walked 13 during his 23.1 IP last season for Pittsburgh, but when he's around the strike zone, he's tough to hit (297 hits allowed in a combined 500 professional innings) and he's averaged 11.6 strikeouts per nine IP over four years in the minors.
