Maida says, "I loved my KD days at FSU and made lifelong friends!" Cheleene Bull Schembera '63 is retired and lives in her hometown of Jacksonville, Fla. She reports that she has had a varied and interesting life with a career in health and human services, spanning over decades. Chelly volunteers her time to projects such as preserving the St. Johns Rivery Ferry, getting AIA designated as a scenic highway, and serving on a child abuse prevention board. She will serve as an expert witness in trials involving the abuse of children in government programs. E-mail: jackie_hill@ yahoo.com Stephanie DiPentima Pellicci '92 reports that her oldest daughter, Isabel, hopes to attend Florida State this fall. "Kappa Delta was such an important part of my life. For the past 23 Labor Days, a group of 15 Kappa Alphas haven gotten together to celebrate our sisterhood. Go KD!" She lives in Columbus and enjoys all the community has to offer. E-mail: abc10d@my.fsu.edu A few KD ladies from the '80s gathered in Nashville last November for a girl's weekend. Noles football, shopping, and fine dining made for an action-packed weekend of fun! Some Kappa Alphas traveled from as far away as Salt Lake City, Denver, and Los Angeles, which will be the site for their next gathering in October.
