ince the early 2000s, the University of Texas fraternity
scene has been evolving much like the Austin skyline.
With the growth in enrollment at the University,
our peer fraternities have seen the need to invest in their
programming, facilities, and alumni relations. Pennington
& Company has been a partner in the vast majority of these
major capital campaigns.
e UT Kappa Alpha Omicron Housing Corporation has
engaged Pennington & Company on a preliminary basis to
help us evaluate our likelihood to initiate a multimillion-
dollar campaign with alumni support.
